We don’t take down existing building stock where it can be re-used and re-purposed. We reduce landfill waste, building time, planning delays, weather impacts, supply chain pressures, and costs by working with what is already built
We do new builds on excellent sites that are located where people want to live and work. We don’t take up viable food production and farming land. We don’t build on flood prone areas. We do take the opportunity to join up under-utilised land that has excellent connections to transport, services and employment opportunity.
We consider industrial stock on railway lines that can be easily integrated into the “station stops” with easy footfall. We beautify commercial sites using the best “post-industrial” design elements combining that with light, space and community connection.
